# Other Parties

Other Parties is a LegalMaintenance maintenance screen that uses `clsLegalPersonManager` from [SAIF.Application.Claim.Legal](../libraries/saif-application-claim-legal/overview.md) to bind editable [SAIF.Business.Claim.Legal](../libraries/saif-business-claim-legal/overview.md) other-firm records. The user selects a firm-type filter in `ddlFirmType`, retrieves the matching rows into a single Infragistics grid, and manages inserts, saves, deletes, and layout preferences through the shared SAIF toolbar.

## Entry conditions
- User opens `frmOtherFirms.aspx`; on first load the page creates `clsLegalPersonManager`, loads `ddlFirmType`, and binds `dgFirm`.

## Operations
